Bag and tie all recycling. All bags for ALL recycle must be see through clear trash bags or see through blue trash bags. No other colored bags will be accepted. 
Loose recycling will not be picked up. Breakdown all boxes Please bag and tie the ones you can, and put larger boxes that will not fit in beside your recycling after broken down.
